We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Preschool Assistant to join our friendly early years team. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting young children’s learning and development, work well as part of a team, and create a warm, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supporting children’s play, learning, and daily routines

·       Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities

·       Ensuring a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

·       Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families

Requirements:

·       Early years level 3 qualification required

·       Experience working with young children

·       A positive, proactive attitude

·       Good communication and teamwork skills
